What do you think is the hardest thing to change?

Well ... we cannot change other's behaviours and also situations, circumstances in the world at all, but changing our learned responses and habits to the outside stimuli is also not easy and sometimes takes lot of striving / practise and is hardest to change in my experience and that also, when we decide to change and have the tools for that ...

You are correct, we can not change others or the reality of situations or circumstances.  We can change our reactions but even that can be very, very hard at times.  I know.  For 3 years, I've been trying to change a certain reaction I have, when my buttons are pushed, and at times, I despair, but it does not dampen my enthusiasm to achieve that goal. 

A goal that requires much effort and time to accomplish may not be in alignment with the creative energy of the universe but if it is perceived by the individual as a worthy goal, then the effort is worth the attempt.
